The source is the public Hugging Face model catalog or related public metadata.
Known limitations
The count may include experimental, duplicate, inactive or automatically generated repositories. It should be interpreted as platform activity, not as unique production-grade models.
Refresh and interpolation
The model count is refreshed periodically from the latest available public snapshot and is not interpolated live.
